We are looking for specific, outcome-driven stories that show what is possible when organizations invest in their frontline workforce. Strong submissions will focus on real challenges, real decisions, and real results. Topics we are especially interested in include:

  • Retention and career development: How skills-based career pathways have reduced turnover and kept your best people engaged
  • Certification and compliance tracking: How streamlining the way you manage credentials has improved efficiency and reduced risk
  • Closing skills gaps: How identifying and addressing critical gaps has strengthened your workforce and your operations
  • Safety and compliance: How competency-based development has driven measurable improvements in safety outcomes
  • Productivity and quality: How targeted development has made your frontline workers more effective and your organization more competitive
