No. CertIQ is the third module of the Kahuna operational readiness platform, designed to operate alongside Kahuna Skills Manager and/or Kahuna Ladder. The core value of CertIQ — connecting a verified certification to the role that requires it — depends on role data that lives in Skills Manager. Standalone certification tools can verify a credential; only CertIQ can tell you whether that credential satisfies the specific requirements of the job the employee is about to perform.
