Thank you to all attendees for making Waves 2020 a success!
We look forward to seeing you next year.
What we heard about Waves 2020
WAVES is the first conference solely focused on the application of technology to address the challenge of competency and skills management. Whether your competency programs are geared towards competency assurance to satisfy regulations or focused on workforce development to meet the challenges of tomorrow, Waves is not to be missed. Attendees will hear from leading-edge organizations about how they have successfully implemented competency and skills-based programs into their Human Capital Management processes. And of course, there will be plenty of “show and tell” covering all of the new and exciting developments from our best-in-class competency platform, Kahuna!
The conference will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers who share experiences in one of the fundamental issues facing Learning/Development & Operational leaders; utilizing competencies and skills to retool the workforce of the future.

"Technology has played a huge role because it has helped us simplify the [competency] process itself and [enable us] to extract usable data that gives us...data points we need in order to be successful...we hadn't been able to do that prior to having a true, fit-for-purpose competency management system."
Shelby Bybee, Pacific Drilling
