Rooms are available for the nights of September 28 and 29, 2026 and must be reserved by September 7, 2026. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Airports
Houston is served by two major airports, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Rideshare, rental car, and taxi options are available from both airports.
Waves takes place at our Houston headquarters, 20 Greenway Plaza. Attendees can take advantage of a discounted hotel rate at the nearby DoubleTree by Hilton. The booking link will be available soon.
Waves is Kahuna’s user conference and is by invitation only. If you are interested in attending, please join the waitlist and a member of our team will be in touch.

The dress code is business casual. Meeting rooms can run cool, so we recommend bringing a light layer.
