At Capital One’s UK contact center, frontline managers were noticing that even tenured agents didn’t always have the knowledge they needed to answer customer’s questions, so the company rewrote its training modules to be more robust and up-to-date, including a lot of interactivity and role-plays as a part of the new approach. The result was a 36% decrease in errors and unanswered questions.

New occupational regulations address an increasingly automated workforce and organizations across all industries continue to grapple with ever-evolving regulations.
